KURS & MØTEROM
Hans Dahl is one of Norway’s most recognised National Romantic artists and attracted particular attention from Germany and Kaiser Franz.
Our paintings reflect both a very well-known theme from Western Norway – young women in traditional clothing in ‘overly romanticised’ valleys and fjords – and the less common theme of bathing nymphs in what we believe is the Oslo Fjord and, more specifically, Larkollen. Both paintings date back to the 1890s.
The room accommodates 180 in a classroom setup, 250 persons in a theatre setup and 128 at round tables. The room can also be divided into two equally large spaces, each of which can accommodate 80 persons in a classroom setup, 100 persons in a theatre setup and 56 at round tables.

Naturally, the hotel’s own boardroom is also available to our course and conference guests. The room is decorated with driftwood from the fjord and the owners’ mementos and book collections.

This meeting room is named after the well-known Norwegian artist Ida Lorentzen, a favourite of the owner.
The room can accommodate 16 in a boardroom setup.

Named after the famous painter from Østfold, Vebjørn Sand, this meeting room is decorated with two prints by Sand himself.
The room can accommodate 40 persons in a classroom setup, 50 in theatre setup, 24 in boardroom setup and 24 around a U-shaped table.

A meeting room designed for maximum peace & quiet, with only the most necessary of technical equipment.
The room can accommodate 18 persons in a boardroom setup.

This room also offers plenty of peace and quiet in an interior similar to many of our hotel rooms.
